Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS)
Purpose of The Course
The purpose of this course is to provide minimum initial theory training on EWIS to enable personnel who perform wiring systems maintenance to improve the airworthiness code for large aeroplanes and the requirements for continued airworthiness in the field of electrical wiring interconnection systems since failures in those systems have been identified as causal factors in several incidents and accidents involving large aeroplanes.
As laid out in 145.A.30 of the EASA regulations, this is mandatory training for all personnel involved in any maintenance, management and/or quality auditing.
At the end of the course, you will receive a “Certificate of Completion”.
