Up to 4 persons can use our apartment for temparary living.

The apartment is located in Planegg which is a large housing estate with 11,000 inhabitants, good infrastructure and extensive shopping facilities.

Travel time from the apartment to the AERO-Bildung Training Center is approximately 5-15 minutes by car. (via A96)

It is also approximately 15 minutes to Munich city center.

Parking: Parking available

Accessibility: Possible by public transport (S-Bahn and Bus)

Apartment: Nonsmoker apartment (balcony for smokers available)

Condition: Apartment renovated, newly furnished

Occupancy: Max. 3-4 persons

Room price: Warm rent 330,- to 500,- monthly depending on room size, incl. all additional costs (e.g. heating/hot water, service water), electricity, waste, washing machine and dryer, insurance, …)

Personal contribution: To be brought along: Bed linen and towels (at extra cost), cleaning of common and private rooms, detergent
